Challenge
Quality and stock records in spreadsheets and isolated systems. Slow audits and rework. No traceability across ERP, lab and stock.
Solution
Centralized traceability platform with automatic GS1/DataMatrix lots and stage-by-stage quality control aligned to ISO 13485 and ANMAT.

Challenge
The research department had no clear way to manage its projects or report on its activity. Institutional reporting stayed stuck in static documents: hand-assembled PDFs, spreadsheets consolidated on demand. Leadership had no way to see the portfolio without waiting for a report.
Solution
First, we implemented Podio as the management platform for the entire research operation. Then we built a portal connected to Podio that turns that data into a live institutional dashboard: awarded projects, annual budget, breakdown by faculty, funding sources, and the full technology transfer pipeline (disclosures, patents, licenses, and royalties). Each faculty with its own KPIs and researcher table.
